Lead engineering strategy and execution across global manufacturing network
Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and innovation in engineering processes
Build and develop a high-performing Global Engineering team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet facility needs
Oversee engineering for molding, packaging, and automation systems across sites

Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Minimum 12 years experience in regulated industries (medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals)
Excellent problem-solving capability, and demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Financial acumen for managing large-scale budgets and investments.
Proven experience in a variety of engineering disciplines such as molding, packaging, automation, capital project management etc
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%).
