Role Overview
- Guide a small class of up to 6 learners through online coursework
- Facilitate synchronous discussion sessions each week during the course
- Provide personalized asynchronous written and video feedback on projects assigned during the course
- Provide assessment grading and constructive feedback on learners' projects
- Lead a small group of learners, fostering a collaborative environment and leveraging your expertise to facilitate lively discussion that connects course milestones to real-world applications
- Exemplify and uphold Flatiron School’s values in all interactions and engagements within the community
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in the field with some mentoring/leadership experience preferred
- Preferred experience in instructional or mentoring roles, demonstrating a commitment to guiding and empowering others.
