Define and lead the vision for new features to solve customer problems and strengthen our paid value proposition in the market.
Improve our existing paid membership by paying close attention to customer feedback and product analytics on an ongoing basis.
Lead product development, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams to develop new features, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery of value to our customers.
Oversee integration efforts, managing partnerships and technical integrations with internal and external platforms to expand product capabilities.
Enhance internal processes, improving tools, workflows, and automation to support efficient product operations and partner needs.
Collaborate with partners, partnering with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure regulatory adherence.
Guide innovation and scalability, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies, automation, and processes that promote customer satisfaction and retention, product growth and efficiency.
Requirements
8+ years' product management experience, including launching consumer or internal tools in regulated or data-heavy environments.
Previous experience with subscription products.
Leadership experience of globally distributed engineering teams, managing delivery pipelines, sprint cadences, and large-scale prioritization.
Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, and internal tool development.
Experience with collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
Experience improving quality and reliability through proactive controls and issue detection.
