Managing a portfolio of named accounts to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell ARR to expand overall account value.
Developing and executing strategic account plans, prioritizing high-growth accounts, and collaborating with Marketing to run campaigns that increase adoption, upsell professional services, and promote DuploCloud support package upgrades.
Utilizing AWS, GCP, and other partner programs to accelerate SMB deal growth, including submitting funding requests aligned with customer activity.
Maintaining pipeline accuracy, tracking opportunities, and reporting on progress against quota and revenue targets.
Partnering with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities, surface risks, and effectively position DuploCloud solutions for long-term customer success.
Requirements
At least 5 years in account management, customer success, or SaaS expansion sales, preferably with a portfolio-based model.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS or cloud environments.
Familiarity with AWS and GCP partner funding programs and co-sell initiatives is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills to work across CSMs, Sales, and Product teams.
Analytical and organized with strong pipeline and forecast management skills.
