About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify.co traders and customers
Accurately identify, assess, and efficiently resolve inquiries
Use technical ability to master trading platforms and tools
Skillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries and escalate when necessary
Make every trader interaction complete with empathy
Actively participate in improving Tradeify.co's trader-focused Learning Center
Contribute to team goals by focusing on customer satisfaction
Educate both existing and potential traders on how Tradeify.co works
Monitor trading systems for common issues and proactively identify potential problems
Adhere to all internal guidelines and compliance procedures
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer service, technical support, or operations role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
Outstanding interaction with traders and customers
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software
Desire for proactive communication with colleagues
Willingness and flexibility to work hours aligned with the US trading session
Must be fluent in English
