- Lead end-to-end success for key enterprise customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI Search best practices
- Optimize Athena's features and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Bridge customer needs with product roadmap
- Showcase the value of Athena's upsell features
- Build scalable processes to support hundreds of customers
- Nurture 1-3 case studies per month and achieve a 90%+ client satisfaction rate
Requirements
- Previous experience in martech post-sales roles, such as Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM)
- High agency and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A fast-learning mindset with natural curiosity to dive deep into new concepts
- Background in martech or SEO and the ability to quickly grasp SEO and GEO principles
