Role Overview
- Ship user-facing flows end-to-end, moving ideas from prototype to production quickly.
- Polish interaction details and visuals so critical paths feel effortless.
- Handle states and edge cases that keep the experience smooth and resilient.
- Extend a lean component system in step with architecture decisions.
- Operate in greenfield with the need to build safeguards and instrumentation along the way.
- Form product opinions by regularly meeting with customers to understand needs, validate solutions, and close the loop on what we ship.
- Build our engineering and broader culture with care and intentionality.
Requirements
- Some combination of 3 to 6 years in frontend engineering, recent senior scope, or a strong track record shipping features end to end in a small team.
- A proven track record of delivering on significant scope while making reasonable trade-offs between quality and timelines.
- Experience pairing with designers and backend partners to refine APIs and details.
- Experience working with customers and joining user research is preferred.
- Experience at startups or a proven track record of excelling at work beyond the typical scope of an engineering role.
