Strategic problem solving: You own the customer journey, whether that means facilitating a complex institutional transfer or navigating back-office operations. You ensure our clients meet their goals — for example, hitting a promotional deadline.
Creator-Owner mentality: You will work closely with teams across the company, from Product to Operations, learning the nuances of how our financial tools are built and improving them through direct client engagement.
Scaled expertise: You will establish yourself as an expert in fintech, mastering multiple applications and platforms simultaneously to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
Proven customer service experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment (retail, hospitality, banking, or technical support).
Financial curiosity: A genuine interest in the stock market and personal finance. If you already know the difference between an RRSP and a TFSA, you're ahead of the curve.
Technological agility: Comfortable toggling between multiple browser tabs, using Slack for internal communication, and relying on keyboard shortcuts to maximize efficiency.
Resilience and adaptability: A growth mindset and comfort with rotating shift schedules.
Full bilingualism: Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.
Residence: Must reside in Toronto/GTA and have legal authorization to work in Canada.
Availability: Must be available for full-time 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays) between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
