Lead a sales team focused on cross-selling existing SMB clients into Corp Invest and other Wealthsimple products, driving net deposits and asset consolidation
Transform the team's sales motion — shift from transactional, reactive selling to a strategic, consultative approach where reps proactively hunt for expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Coach reps to lead with insight — develop their ability to identify client needs, build business cases, and have strategic conversations that drive larger, stickier outcomes
Own net deposit targets, cross-sell revenue metrics, and pipeline management — optimizing for funnel conversion and average deal size
Build a seamless handoff process with the SMB New Client team — ensuring new clients are onboarded effectively and set up for cross-sell success from day one
Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization and identify high-potential accounts
Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Operations, and other sales leaders to share best practices and drive productivity and funnel conversion

3 years+ of experience leading and growing a sales team
Strategic selling mindset — you understand the difference between transactional and consultative sales, and have built or transformed a sales motion before
