Responsible for financial forecasting and analysis within the Medicare Pharmacy segment
Work cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, accounting, finance, sales, and performance management teams
Build and maintain forecast models and assumptions
Understand the business and PBM fees, selling expenses, and administrative costs
Oversee building and maintaining forecast and budget models for SG&A
Develop and communicate financial projection assumptions
Create effective reporting to support leadership reviews during quarterly projection cycles
Analyze drivers of variances to forecasts and budgets
Enhance processes to incorporate additional financial detail

5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience
Deep understanding of financial management
Ability to travel up to 5%
Medicare or Pharmacy experience preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities
Experience with Hyperion financial planning system
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience
