Build dashboards, simulation flows, and interactive visualizations that make complex data easy to understand and act on
Develop responsive, performant, and scalable frontend applications
Partner closely with backend and data science teams to integrate APIs and ensure frontend systems accurately reflect underlying models and data
Apply strong design judgment directly in code, crafting interfaces that are clear, cohesive, and make probabilistic information understandable
Translate high-level product goals and model outputs into intuitive, reliable user experiences through rapid prototyping and iteration
Design user journeys that are engaging, visually distinctive, and built for production
Build and evolve the product's design system, component library, and interaction patterns to ensure consistent, polished experiences across the product

4+ years of frontend developer experience creating prototypes or wireframes for web applications or workflows experience
Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including responsive and adaptive design)
Experience designing and implementing data visualizations (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, or similar libraries)
A strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, and brand consistency
Hands-on experience with Figma or other design/prototyping tools
Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability testing
Ability to collaborate across disciplines (engineering, product, and data)
