Write, produce and schedule founder-led content (thought leadership, insights, POVs, industry commentary)
Maintain authenticity and voice while scaling output
Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to increase reach and relevance
Requirements
2+ years creating content for a brand, startup, media company or creator
Fluency across major platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Figma proficiency + video editing skills
Strong B2B instincts and storytelling ability
able to translate complex ideas into clear content
Ability to move fast and ship consistently
Comfort with AI video / generative content tools (ie Sora, Dream Machine, Google Veo)
