Role Overview
- Orchestrate the smooth operation of the dining area by organizing employee schedules
- Train new servers, instilling the values of exceptional service, etiquette, and resident engagement
- Manage, plan and direct the activities of the dietary department
- Ensure compliance with city and state regulations and provide the highest quality of food service for residents
- Promote the Company’s mission statement
Requirements
- Passion to serve Seniors
- Experience in managing dietary department and staff
- Knowledge of food service standards, policies and procedures
- Ability to train new servers
