About this role
Role Overview
Help prospects and customers understand technical solutions
Design workflow that works in the real world
Partner closely with Sales, scoping needs, answering technical questions
Produce architecture diagrams and workflow maps
Bring practical broadcast and media infrastructure understanding into solution design
Work closely with Deployment Engineer for post-sign implementation
Coordinate with systems integrators and vendors when needed
Requirements
Experience in a Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer / Pre-sales technical role (or equivalent) supporting complex B2B deals.
Strong broadcast, media, or Media Asset Management workflow understanding.
Ability to communicate technical concepts with confidence to non-technical audiences
Strong diagramming and documentation habits
Comfort contributing to deal scoping and cost thinking
A trusted-advisor mindset
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across functions in a fast-moving environment.
