Requirements
- minimum of 2 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- friendly, energetic, positive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented with excellent hospitality and people-management skills
- able to meet a high level of accountability regarding assigned productivity goals
- encouragement of Company programs
- enforcement of Company policies
- compliance regarding current food safety standards and programs set forth by SCDA and OSHA
