Role Overview
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers
- Craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive and SVP Business Development
- Track activity and pipeline metrics
- Develop deep knowledge of payer pain points
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasting in our CRM
Requirements
- 1-3 years of SDR or similar outbound sales experience
- High volume tolerance
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Metrics-driven with a track record of hitting goals
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- CRM proficiency (we use HubSpot)
