Lead and support Federal and Department of Energy (DOE) projects from initiation through completion
Responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards
Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Lead licensing teams and manage the completion of various regulatory work scopes
Plan, execute, and manage projects in accordance with contract requirements and organizational standards
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage project scope, change control, risk, and issue resolution
Track project performance and report status, risks, and milestones to leadership and clients
Ensure compliance with Federal, DOE, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder communications
Support procurement activities and subcontractor oversight
Oversee project closeout activities, including documentation and lessons learned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
3–10 years of project management experience supporting technical, engineering, or infrastructure projects
Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk in a regulated environment
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
10+ years of project management experience for preferred qualifications
Experience supporting Federal, DOE, or other government agency projects
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of Federal contracting, compliance, and project controls
PMP certification, PE license, or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
