IT Project Manager II

IDR, Inc. is an industry-leading organization specializing in IT solutions. They are seeking an IT Project Manager II to manage IT projects within the Digital Next space, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with departmental goals while operating within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Manages IT projects of varying complexity within the Digital Next space, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with departmental goals
• Acts as a key driver of project success by focusing on planning, execution, and team coordination
• Operates within an Agile framework to facilitate value delivery, stakeholder communication, and team support
• Translates business strategies into actionable project plans and manages resources accordingly
• Supports continuous improvement through change management and resource optimization techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years' IT experience including managing IT projects
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans
• Experience leading projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) required
• Experience with projects involving cloud technologies required (ideally with GCP)
• Demonstrated experience in resource management and change management techniques required
