Develop and execute enterprise RIM strategies leveraging data, analytics, and AI to ensure global regulatory compliance.
Lead large‑scale, enterprise‑wide records management implementations across key repositories such as SharePoint.
Partner with global stakeholders across operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk to advance RIM policy compliance, training, and awareness.
Oversee RIM governance through committees and working groups, ensuring progress against milestones and effective risk monitoring.
Produce and analyze metrics and reports; maintain the Global Record Retention Schedule in alignment with evolving regulations.
Drive change management and communications initiatives that strengthen RIM accountability, stakeholder engagement, and a culture of compliance and innovation.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk and control, compliance, audit and/or records management within financial services.
Degree in records/Information management/computer science/data analysis or library science or related field preferred.
Professional certifications in risk management, auditing, compliance or RIM are advantageous.
Experience in managing large-scale archival and destruction projects.
Familiarity with global insurance operations and regulatory environments.
Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed organization.
Familiarity with MS 365 suite of tools including Purview, Power BI, Power Platform.
Familiarity with records management software and systems, such as SharePoint, Alfresco, Confluence or similar applications.
