Associate Account Manager

Role Overview

• The Associate Account Manager is responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers.
• Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business with commercial and industrial customers.
• Increasing customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of the Company’s services, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate.
• Responsible for contractual re-signs on existing customers and responds to cancellation requests.
• Utilizes Salesforce for scheduling and documenting activities such as calls and proposals.
• Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0
• 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.
