Role Overview

• support our commercial clients while helping strengthen overall retention
• recommend solutions that are right for the unique needs of their business
• answer questions, make policy changes, provide certificates, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes

Requirements

• worked as a Commercial Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for five or more years
• RIBO licence
• ideally working towards CAIB, CIP, or other equivalent professional designations
