Service and support commercial customer accounts in the field
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Work on supermarket and food-processing equipment including: Scales, Meat wrapping and labeling machines, Beverage systems, Related commercial food equipment
Perform equipment installations and upgrades as needed
Document service work and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude
Prior experience servicing commercial or industrial equipment preferred
Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in customer environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Electronics background (servos, motors, CPUs, PLCs, or programming) Nice to Have
Experience installing or repairing beverage machines
Prior OEM or technical training programs (such as Hobart or similar platforms)
