About this role
Role Overview
Partner with stakeholders, business SMEs, vendors, and technology teams to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and implementation goals
Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, process flows, and solution design for new initiatives and system enhancements
Oversee project execution from initiation through post-implementation, managing deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment
Track and manage tasks in project management software using Agile methodology, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
Own communications for assigned projects, including updates, risks, timelines, and key decisions
Develop and deliver training materials and communications for system and process changes
Create test plans, scripts, and manage UAT, ensuring quality delivery prior to roll-out
Monitor system performance and end-user feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and revenue growth
Requirements
5+ years of combined Business Analysis and Project Management experience leading large-scale initiatives
Financial services or mortgage industry experience (HELOC, Non-QM a plus)
POS system experience strongly preferred
2+ years of Quality Assurance Testing, including UAT leadership
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (Ellie Mae Encompass a plus)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or comparable)
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Strong foundation in Project Management Methodologies (Agile required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
