About this role
Role Overview
Provides client counseling services to a varied population of children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups
Provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families under board-approved supervision
Participate actively in individual and group supervision
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with policies and HIPAA
Attend weekly clinician meetings and in-service trainings
Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and case management
Link clients to community resources when appropriate
Support outreach initiatives aligned with Light Counseling’s mission
Prepare required reports and documentation for accountability and licensure tracking
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field or education equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
An active and in-good-standing LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW resident/supervisee license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Current and up-to-date CAQH profile
Current Professional Liability Insurance
