Lead support functions and operational activities across multiple business groups while contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives
Manage a high-volume pipeline of letter configuration requests within the Fiserv Crown system
Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness of operational processes, with a focus on customer communications
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring strong analytical skills
Provide independent recommendations supporting business operations, controls, and process improvements
Assist with execution of risk mitigation, efficiency initiatives, and customer experience enhancements
Collaborate with leaders on project plans, policies, procedures, and cross‑functional partnerships
Support audit activities, control documentation, and change management processes
Requirements
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience with credit card product capabilities
Experience with Fiserv configuration (letters, statements, workflows)
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with Jira, Kanban boards, Documentum, or production lifecycle documentation
Experience working with vendors, technical partners, and configuration workflows
Experience in change management, control monitoring, audit, or internal controls testing
Ability to execute in a fast‑paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
