Role Overview
- Responsible for tax compliance deadlines: filing returns, managing tax payments and responding to notices
- Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities
- Compiles, organizes and formats data
- Identifies and researches reporting issues, provides recommendations
- Supports regulatory initiatives by gathering data
- Assists with review and analysis of regulatory documents
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of financial statements and metrics
- Takes action to identify, analyze and improve existing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Requires 4 year degree in business discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
- Previous tax (sales and use or property) experience is preferred
- Requires knowledge of PC applications
- Requires multiple functional experience
