About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support for the organization’s hiring, onboarding, and regulatory compliance processes.
Coordinate recruitment activities, manage pre-employment documentation, support client records requests.
Monitor workforce compliance standards and assist with staff timesheet oversight.
Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
Conduct initial screening interviews and maintain ATS records.
Support implementation of background screening requirements.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
Verify and complete Form I-9 in compliance with federal immigration law.
Maintain personnel files in accordance with Colorado labor law.
Support new hire onboarding logistics and coordination of required trainings.
Verify authorizations and process client records requests in compliance with HIPAA.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of administrative, HR, healthcare, or compliance-related experience.
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Must reside in or near the posting location.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of compliance regulations and BHA rule.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
Ability to learn applicant tracking systems and electronic health record systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Working knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and general healthcare compliance standards.
Basic understanding of Colorado employment law and Medicaid workforce requirements preferred.
