Requirements
Education & Career:3+ years of experience designing digital products with a proven track record of success. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas clearly.
Product Delivery: Proven track record of shipping digital products within cross-functional teams, utilizing iterative processes based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Systems Thinking: Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with tactical, detailed execution.
UX Research & Strategy: Proactive approach to problem discovery, ensuring product roadmaps are focused on solving the right user challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or missing a beat.
Language:Advanced English is mandatory for professional collaboration and global presentations.
