Deepen Ecosystem Ties: Develop high-impact accounting and ERP relationships, growing them into productive alliances that maximize sales opportunities.
Orchestrate GTM Growth: Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop growth plans and guide our Alliance teams on how to best engage with accounting and ERP opportunities.
Requirements
The "Hunter" Mentality: A strong sense of urgency, a bias for action, and at least 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner development, or alliance management.
Fintech & Financial Acumen: Deep experience developing complex financial models, including net interchange share, transaction/software fees, and customer acquisition models.
Relationship Mastery: A natural ability to build trust with C-suite decision-makers and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven success leading business reviews and coordinating across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Onboarding teams.
Strategic Problem Solving: Expert at interpreting business challenges and translating them into optimal process recommendations that scale.
Persuasive Communication: Ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincingly to any audience.
Market Expertise: Skilled at assessing channel opportunities and building strategies that expand leadership presence in the market.
Technical Credibility: Technically capable of demonstrating AvidXchange solutions and understanding how they integrate with potential partners’ pain points.
Educational Background: University degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is preferred.
