Digital PR Experience: A proven track record of landing coverage and backlinks across US and Canadian media; experience in sports, iGaming or entertainment is a plus.
Creative Campaign Thinking: A desire for developing standout, newsworthy campaign ideas that resonate with media and deliver results.
Strong Writing & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives and uncover a story in data, trends, and expert insight.
Media-Savvy Communication: Confident and persuasive in pitching stories, providing expert commentary, and building journalist relationships.
Data-Led Mindset: Comfortable analysing data and pulling out insights to support campaign angles — no advanced technical skills needed.
Independence & Collaboration: A self-starter who can run campaigns end-to-end while thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
