About this role

Report to the Director, Field Marketing.
Work cross-functionally with Circle’s Business Team, Product team, and Executive Leadership team.
Develop and execute Circle’s global event strategy for the Arc blockchain community.
Manage the day-to-day of our events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Generate value through events, establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
Partner with Marketing Operations to develop reporting and analytics on the events business.

4+ years of B2B field or events marketing or related experience.
Experience managing and executing event strategies with the purpose of demand generation.
Flexibility with change and comfortability in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with a Sales/Business Development team.
Strong Campaign project management skills.
Strong understanding of B2B business development functions and go-to-market strategy.
Demonstrate strong analytical and written and oral presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience of marketing to an enterprise audience.
Working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce (or comparable CRM tools).
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred.
Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
