Define, analyze, and improve electrical system requirements for customers
Understand the technology to product lifecycle then apply that to maturation plans for TRL & MRL
Identify and protect GE intellectual property
Analyze patents for key take aways
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Engineering from an accredited college or university, with a focus in Electronics, Power Electronics, Digital Control Systems, and/or Systems
Minimum of 12 years of experience in an electrical engineering role with complex product or technology development
