Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies
Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing methods
Call, screen, and qualify candidates
Gain knowledge of the business supported
Drive partnerships with Talent Acquisition and the business
Provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
Full-cycle recruiting as needed to meet business needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
A minimum of 5 years recruiting or sourcing experience in a corporate environment or search firm
Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen to comprehend business needs
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player and positive attitudes are a must
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience sourcing at scale via events, continuous pipelining, and other methods
Experience sourcing for niche roles in a just-in-time manner
