Documenting the business requirements for developing omnichannel solutions related to automobile insurance
Analyze the organization’s business needs and business context, document impacts on stakeholders, recommend solutions and identify changes to implement
Analyze the impacts of solutions on the organization, and ensure they’re integrated, from needs assessment to rollout
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs to be factored into the project’s scope
Identify, formalize and communicate business solutions
Anticipate issues and propose improvements
Develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans
Support the business sector and manager during solution rollout and post-implementation
Develop change management strategies and carry out change management activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience as a business analyst or a related role
Experience delivering projects not using the agile method
Experience in the automobile insurance field
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
