Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure
Carry out production deployments, identifying and patching bugs and inefficiencies
Building monitoring and reporting frameworks as well as tools used to streamline and automate tasks throughout the platform lifecycle
Troubleshooting critical production issues across the platform (AWS, Azure, Windows Server) and applications (Java Tomcat, Python, Perl)
Provide Customer Service including escalated support for problems and issues
Drive cross-functional teaming and collaboration within all business functions
Develop and maintain automation for server and application build, test, and deploy
Setup and monitor Cloud products on Azure using Azure App Insights or Dynatrace

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Cloud Operations Engineering, TechOps, or Site Reliability Engineering role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Cloud Provider – AWS or Azure (Preferred)
Monitoring
Experience with at least one monitoring solution Dynatrace, new relic, Azure app insights
Hands-on experience with Python/Powershell
Able to setup VPN connectivity using Azure\AWS solutions
Experience with at least one CI\CD tool from TFS, Azure DevOps, team city & Jenkins
Windows(Preferred) And\Or Linux
Experience with at least one ansible/terraform (preferred)/cloud formation
Knowledge of Containerization (Docker & Kubernetes)
