About this role

Assist the Senior Vice President in directing daily operations of the Child Support State Disbursement Unit (SDU) project
Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports operational excellence and employee engagement
Implement and enforce corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain operational integrity and efficiency
Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance service delivery, scalability, and long-term contract success
Ensure full compliance with State SDU contract requirements, federal and state regulations, corporate policies, and applicable laws
Manage and effectively use corporate and project resources; communicate changes and decisions appropriately with staff and stakeholders

Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in project or operational management
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline is required; a graduate degree is preferred
Demonstrated experience managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting client relationship management is highly desirable
Must speak English
Experience using Microsoft Windows with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software products
