Role Overview
- Partner with clients and internal teams to assess new requests and identify viable solution approaches
- Participate in pre-sales conversations, contributing to delivery strategy and rough-order estimates
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Maintain structured and accurate Jira boards and reporting artifacts
- Review APIs, data models, and system dependencies to validate feasibility
- Support QA and UAT to ensure solutions meet defined requirements
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate work across North America, EMEA, India, and Australia
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical delivery, project management, or technical program management within a SaaS or technology services environment
- Experience delivering API integrations, CRM implementations, or custom technical solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience facilitating sprint ceremonies
