About this role

Lead electrical engineering design and execution for large capital projects
Serve as SME for electrical power distribution systems (high voltage to low voltage)
Oversee installation, startup, and commissioning of electrical systems
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for electrical components
Provide technical leadership for drives, motors, PLCs, and control systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and contractors
Coach, mentor, and train engineers and technicians

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
Proven experience managing large capital projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in electrical design and power distribution (high voltage to low voltage)
Experience with VFDs, motor controls, drives, and PLC systems
Experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens controls platforms
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Willingness to travel extensively (3 weeks per month for first 6 months) and relocate permanently to Defiance, OH
