Role Overview
- Serve as a member of the senior leadership team of one or more assigned business unit(s)
- Provide sound advice on strategic, business, and legal topics
- Manage, develop, and inspire a team of attorneys and other legal professionals
- Ensure excellence of team’s deliverables and support through delegation, prioritization, and coaching
- Manage contracting process and appropriate review of requests for proposals and bid responses
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials and J.D. required
- Active law license in PA or ability to become licensed in PA
- At least 12 years of experience at a sophisticated law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience working on complex commercial agreements, advising senior level clients, and leading a team
- In-house leadership experience as well as having worked in commercial real estate, private equity, and hospitality preferred
