Role Overview
- Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day execution of business operations of the CEO’s Office
- Providing coordination support and strategic advice to the CEO
- Supervising and working closely with colleagues in the CEO’s office
- Managing human and financial resources of CEO office
- Approve expenses and manage team resources responsibly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting a senior-level executive (CEO or Vice-President equivalent)
- Extensive experience in developing and providing strategic advice, recommendations and briefings to senior-level executives
- Experience in mobilizing people, and establishing and managing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the management of a team
- Knowledge of Mitacs’ structure, priorities and strategic directions, and operations
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
