Build product-led experiences that activate dormant sellers and increase submission frequency among our dealer segment — without requiring manual outreach
Partner with Data and Lifecycle to deploy behavioral triggers and personalized experiences that drive submissions at scale
Drive search-to-bid conversion through better ranking, filtering, recommendations, and real-time Alt Value pricing context
Monitor and improve marketplace health — submission volume, listing rates, bid depth, and sell-through
Requirements
5-8+ years of Product Management experience with clear ownership of a growth surface, marketplace funnel, or PLG motion
Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product experimentation and iteration
Strong data fluency — Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, plus SQL or Python
Experience partnering directly with Engineering and Data to build growth infrastructure, not just features
Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
Scrappy, high-ownership operator who communicates with precision and moves without hand-holding
