Identify and prioritize the best application opportunities based on market size, customer pain points, competitive differentiation, and revenue potential.
Define business cases for new application development and upgrades, including value proposition, pricing, and positioning.
Conduct customer interviews and application deep-dives to identify unmet needs and feature opportunities.
Maintain a structured VOC feedback loop in collaboration with field scientists, sales, and marketing.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user workflows to inform strategy and messaging.
Collaborate closely with R&D to define application requirements, prioritize backlog, and align development with commercial needs.
Work with Marketing Communications to build launch collateral, website content, and technical documentation.
Train and support Field Application Scientists (FAS) and Sales teams on new applications effectively.
Develop and deliver strong, differentiated demonstrations and value propositions for Gator Bio products across end-user applications.
Develop launch plans, data sheets, application notes, and competitive battlecards.
