Role Overview
- Lead Emburse’s Travel Reshop product suite across Air and Hotel to maximize effectiveness and ROI for enterprise clients.
- Accountable for strategy, roadmap, execution, and go-to-market for Reshop capabilities.
- Stay current on managed travel trends and the commercial travel ecosystem.
- Build and manage a Reshop roadmap grounded in customer outcomes, savings impact, and technical feasibility.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Operations, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
Requirements
- BA in business admin, finance, marketing or related fields.
- 8–12+ years in a relevant mix of travel industry and/or travel technology roles
- Deep expertise in airline pricing/yield + corporate travel servicing ecosystems
- Working knowledge of hotel revenue management and hotel distribution.
- Experience working for (or closely with) a TMC, GDS, OBT, airline, hotel tech/content provider, or adjacent travel platform.
- Product Management experience at a SaaS/B2B software company in the travel industry.
