Role Overview
- Own product roadmap for banking and financial integrations
- Design and prototype banking features (payments, compliance, flows) using AI tools
- Write high-fidelity specifications that humans and AI agents execute
- Make real-time architectural decisions and validate AI-generated code
- Partner with legal, compliance, and operations teams on regulatory requirements
- Communicate primarily through memos and documentation, not meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years engineering experience in banking or fintech (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years in product, business, operations, or hybrid roles
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and APIs
- Ability to prototype and review AI-generated code
