About this role
Role Overview
Manage incoming calls and emails related to renewals and negotiations, using effective negotiation techniques to create win-win outcomes.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Handle escalations with internal and external partners as needed.
Implement strategies and recommendations aimed at retaining customers and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions to increase revenue and engagement.
Requirements
Bilingual in French and English required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or renewals roles.
Experience in both prospecting (hunting) and account management (farming) in a dynamic work environment.
Proven track record of success in customer retention.
Proficiency with MS Dynamics 365, Odoo or another CRM, as well as the MS365 suite.
