About this role
Role Overview
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce architecture supporting multiple functional areas.
Develop and guide the organization’s Salesforce roadmap, governance practices, and platform strategy.
Serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce integrations, security, data modeling, and multi-cloud architecture.
Oversee solution design, configuration, and customization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Education Clouds.
Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, establishing standards for coding, testing, and deployment.
Partner with project managers to define scope, timeline, risks, and resource needs for Salesforce initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for governance, system design, and operational processes.
Lead proof-of-concept efforts exploring new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.
Ensure adherence to accessibility, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Contribute as a senior member of the organization’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, promoting platform adoption and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience serving as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer.
Hands-on expertise with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Ethos).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and development lifecycle practices.
Experience with release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
