Provide strategic direction, transformation, and program management support to various initiatives and system design activities across the Americas region
Apply Program Management best practices to show progress and impact of Americas initiatives and projects
Monitor and manage interdependencies, raising risks and issues in time for resolution
Work closely with functions, OU, OA, and OT leaders to understand business requirements for systems
Plan, coordinate, and execute support for system definition, testing and implementation
Coach others on consistent approaches to program management and impact tracking
Communicate overall transformation status, progress and issues
Understand Change Management and infuse tactics into the initiatives by coaching initiative leaders
Create reusable approaches and templates that can be leveraged for smaller efforts
Generate communications plans, messages, and cascading tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience in elevator industry
5+ years elevator industry experience or experience leading technicians in a similar industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to create plans and execute results
Experience working with project management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Comfort in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
