Role Overview
- Ensure that a development team (pod) is creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments
- Align with other Product Owners and senior management to follow a product vision
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Manage delivery blockers and continuously assess customer feedback
- Maximize value and assess continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate
- 7+ years relevant experience
- 3-5 years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
