Health Plan Financial Systems Analyst, Workday

Role Overview

• Support Capital Blue Cross' financial services department
• Combine financial systems analysis, development, and reporting to support business strategies
• Act as a liaison between technical support teams and operational accounting teams
• Responsible for the development, configuration, documentation, and support of internal and vendor financial applications
• Conduct reporting and analysis of financial data using various techniques

Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting, finance, or business/data analyst experience
• 1-3 years of health insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of Workday's Financials and Payroll modules
• Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies
• Knowledge of database management and system security policies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel preferred)
• Knowledge of various reporting and analysis tools (understanding of SQL, Power BI, Adaptive Planning, Crystal Reports, and/or Workday Reporting preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
