Role Overview
- Analyzes processes and utilizes Lean Six Sigma techniques to develop and recommend operational process improvements
- Manages cross-functional teams and partners with peers to implement process changes
- Provides business analytics, including research, data analysis, metric implementation, forecasting, and reporting
- Owns ongoing process management or administration
- Drives continuous process improvement and manages complex technology and data process improvements
- Develops and tracks metrics for process measurement, business operations, or risk assessment
- Leads multiple complex process improvement projects
- Mentors less experienced colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of relevant business, operational, financial, or process improvement experience
- Experience with MS Power BI
- Experience with MS Power Apps
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with SQL
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (desired)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desired)
